Reserve ROSE

OVERVIEW

Makers’ Project Rosé is made with free run juice drained directly from the press. With minimal squeezing of the skins and seeds, only the vibrant juice was fermented, resulting in a deliciously light, fruity wine. A juicy palate and lingering finish make it the perfect dinner date.

TASTING NOTES

“Free run is the juice that drains directly from the press after the grapes have been crushed in. This produces a finished wine that’s pure and balanced with vibrant fruit flavours.”

FREE RUN WINE

Grapes are crushed into the press and all the juice that can freely drain from the skins to the tank is referred to as free run. This produces wines that are balanced in acidity with high levels of purity in fruit aroma and flavour, such as our Pink Pinot Grigio & Rosé.
